The Nike Air Griffey Max 1 Freshwater returns to celebrate the 25th anniversary of one of Nike’s most iconic baseball-inspired sneakers. Originally introduced in 1996 as the first signature model for Ken Griffey Jr., this retro release revives the legendary colorway that became closely associated with the Hall of Fame outfielder and his time with the Seattle Mariners.

The sneaker features a white upper accented with Freshwater, black, and red details for its unmistakable look. Signature elements include Nike branding, Griffey’s iconic number 24 on the adjustable ankle strap, and Freshwater pull tabs with Swoosh logos on both the tongue and heel. A white midsole with visible teal Air units sits atop a durable black rubber outsole, completing the classic design.
