Warranty Policy
Pedod LLC warrants that all of our furniture products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. We provide a 1-year limited warranty across all product categories, effective from the date of delivery.
During the warranty period, if a product is determined to be defective due to manufacturing issues, Pedod LLC will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective parts.
Note: As our products are fully handcrafted, this warranty covers only the repair or replacement of parts that are proven to have defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to issues resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or the natural characteristics of the materials used.
Limitations and Exceptions This limited warranty does NOT cover any loss or damage resulting from:

Improper use or abnormal usage of the product.

Use of harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or strong cleaning agents.

Damage caused by negligence, misuse, natural wear and tear, or accidents, including (but not limited to): burns, cuts, scratches, tears, peeling, water damage, dents, or pet-related damage.

Natural disasters or force majeure events (such as floods, earthquakes, or other events beyond human control).

Natural wear and aging during regular use, including but not limited to fading, surface scratches, discoloration, or corrosion caused by cleaning methods, water exposure, or environmental conditions. These are not considered manufacturing defects but natural characteristics of usage over time.

Manufacturing defects reported after the warranty period. In such cases, Pedod LLC may support the cost of materials or replacement parts; however, all labor and shipping costs (if any) will be the responsibility of the customer.
