At Pedod LLC, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom, handmade pieces. Because our products are meticulously crafted by skilled artisans right here in the United States, our shipping process accounts for both dedicated production time and local transit.

  1. Shipping Rates and Destinations We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase or hidden surcharges required. We currently ship exclusively to the United States.

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO) at this time.

  1. Production and Delivery Timeline Because our products are handmade and custom-made, your order goes through two distinct phases before arriving at your door: Processing/Production and Transit.

All timelines are calculated using Business Days (Monday through Friday), excluding standard US public holidays.

  • Processing and Production: 7–10 Business Days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, begin processing the next business day.

  • Transit and Delivery: 3–7 Business Days. Shipped from our US-based workshop via reliable domestic courier partners.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10–17 Business Days from the day your order is placed to arrival at your destination.

Artisan Craftsmanship Note: Our unique products are proudly handcrafted and shipped from our workshops within the United States. Depending on the complexity and custom nature of your order, production may occasionally take longer than expected. We appreciate your patience with the artisanal process and will proactively notify you of any unexpected delays.

  1. Tracking Your Order Once your piece has been meticulously crafted and handed over to our shipping carriers, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number within 1–2 business days. You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly on our website or through the courier's tracking portal.

Please note: Tracking information can take 1–2 days to update in the carrier's system. If your tracking number shows no activity after 3 business days of receiving it, please contact us for assistance.

  1. Modifying Your Order To ensure fast processing, production begins quickly.

  • 6-Hour Window: Any requests for shipping address changes or product modifications must be submitted within 6 hours of placing your order.

  • Impact: Modifications requested within this window may extend standard processing times by 1–2 business days. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after this 6-hour period has passed.

  1. Order Issues and Support We want your delivery experience to be seamless. Please review our timelines for reporting any transit issues:

  • Missing Items: In the rare event that an item is missing from your delivery, please report it to our customer support team within 48 hours of package receipt.

  • Late Deliveries: If your shipment has not arrived within our estimated 10–17 business day window, please reach out to us within 2 business days of the expected delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
