Eligibility for Wholesale Account

To be eligible for a wholesale account with Pedod LLC, you (“the retailer”) must operate a physical storefront (with or without an online presence) or be an established online-only retailer. Selling our handcrafted goods on third-party marketplaces (such as Etsy, eBay, or Amazon) is strictly prohibited.

All applicants are vetted to ensure a brand fit. Pedod LLC reserves the right to deny applications or decline orders at our discretion to protect our brand integrity and artisanal value.

Wholesale Pricing

All pricing is in US Dollars (USD). Wholesale rates are available exclusively to qualified retailers for resale. Promotional or high-volume orders that do not meet wholesale criteria may instead qualify for a bulk discount; please contact us for a custom quote.

Additional Discounts

Because wholesale pricing offers significant savings, these orders do not qualify for additional coupon codes or site-wide sales. Orders placed with unauthorized discount codes will be canceled.

Payment Terms

All wholesale orders must be paid in full upfront via invoice prior to the start of production.

Shipping & Fulfillment

We ship all items from our workshop in Nashville, TN, United States.

• Artisanal Fulfillment: Because our products are handmade, wholesale orders typically require 10 – 15 business days for production before shipping. Larger bulk orders may require additional time; we will provide an estimated timeline upon order approval.

• Free Shipping: Wholesale partners qualify for Free Shipping on all products purchased directly through our website.

B2B & Bulk Sales

We welcome bulk inquiries from B2B accounts, interior designers, and other wholesalers looking for high-quality wood decor. Please reach out to our team to discuss contract pricing.

Return & Damage Protocol

• Returns: If you need to request a return for a wholesale order, please follow our established return protocol by contacting us directly for next steps.

• Damaged Items: Every piece undergoes a strict quality check before leaving our workshop. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any issues or damages must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery.
